Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation within 30 days of your arrival;

Tariffs are not refundable if your stay is cut short due to weather , health or other circumstances

Low season - If notice of cancellation and/or amendments is received before 9am on the day prior to your scheduled arrival, the deposit will be refunded less a $50 administartion fee. For cancellation after 9am on the day prior to your arrival the total deposit id forfeited.

Holiday season - If notice of cancellation and/or amendments is received outside 30 days from the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $50 administration fee. Within 30 days the total deposit is forfeited.

Xmas season - If notice of cancellation and/or amendments are received prior to the 1st October, the deposit will be refunded less a $50 administration fee. As of the 1st October the total deposit is forfeited.

*Charges apply to day and overnight visitors.
*A one night surcharge applies to bookings in cabin accommodation and ensuite sites.
Balance of accommodation to be paid on arrival.
One vehicle and trailer per site only.
All visitors must register on arrival. The visitor fee is $12 per family per day.
